Welcome
As a robotics researcher, I am mainly interested in applying machine learning methods to build models of intentional motion as exhibited by humans, animals, and robots.
I have received my PhD in Computer Graphics, Computer Vision and Robotics from Grenoble Institute of Technology (Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble). As a result of my PhD work, I had the honor to be awarded the Georges Giralt Award to the best European PhD thesis in Robotics of 2007.
After the PhD, I have worked as a postdoctoral fellow at ETH Zurich - within the Autonomous Systems Lab. Currently I am in Mexico where I am lecturing at CENIDET and at my original university (ITESM).
